SUBSTANCE: device has a light source and a polariser, an additional unit for estimating the digital value of the colour of the light beam, a digital converter, a database unit, a polariser which has the form of a sealed container filled with a given number of elements of different colours and a unit for displaying a random sequence of numbers. At that, light source output is connected to polarizer input, polarizer output is connected to light beam digital colour value estimation unit first input, which first output is connected to the digital converter first input, the light beam colour digital value estimation unit second output is connected to the data base unit first input, output of which is connected to the second input of the digital converter, the output of the digital converter is connected to the input of the information display unit.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of generating a random sequence of numbers, which is not determined by mathematical methods.
