SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a complete nutritive food product and a system for its provision. Disclosed is a system comprising a device and a machine-readable carrier for providing a complete nutritive food product, which contains: information collection unit configured to obtain information on characteristics of consumers; consumer information storage unit configured to store information on consumer characteristics; a recommended consumption (DRI) storage unit configured to store the DRI, in which the consumption levels for the first and second nutrients are set for each consumer characteristic; and a nutritional value calculation unit configured to calculate a consumption level for a first nutrient in a standard food forming a complete nutritive food product, so that the standard food can satisfy the consumption level of the first nutrient for all consumers, in which the second nutrient is at least any of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates, and an upper limit of a preliminary dietary goal for the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases (DG), of the second nutrient in the category with the least estimated energy requirement (EER) among the DRI categories to which the consumers belong is set as the upper limit of the second nutrient in the standard food.
