SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a nutritious food product and a system for its provision. Disclosed is a system, which includes a machine-readable medium, as well as a device for calculating the nutritional value of a complete nutritive food product, which includes an information collection unit, configured to obtain information on consumer characteristics, a consumer information storage unit configured to store information on consumer characteristics, a DRI storage unit configured to store DRI, in which consumption levels for the first and second nutrients are set for each consumer characteristic, and a nutritional value calculation unit configured to calculate a consumption level for a first nutrient, which is satisfied regardless of the characteristics of each consumer, in a standard food forming a complete nutritious food product, which corresponds to the level of nutrient consumption, including the first and second nutrients specified in the DRI, in which the first nutrient is vitamins and/or minerals. At that, in case, when permissible upper level of consumption (UL) of first nutrient is set in DRI, normalized amount of nutrient in each category to which the consumer belongs is calculated by the following formula: normalized amount of nutrients = UL of the first nutrient × (energy value of standard food/EER in each category), and the least normalized amount of nutrients is set as the upper limit of consumption of the first nutrient in the standard food.
