FIELD: lasers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid-state and semiconductor lasers. Component thermal controller for lasers, in particular, comprises a control unit made on a keyboard of five buttons connected to the outputs of the microcontroller, which polls their state for pressing for navigation through the menu and outputting information of the liquid crystal display, a function of transmitting information to two digital-to-analogue converter chips, a function of reading information on the current temperature of the control object using a temperature sensor, function of debugging information on current temperature, which can be transmitted to a personal computer, control function of the polarity change unit, made on transistors and allowing to change the polarity of the voltage supplied to the control object, function of transmitting read values from current and voltage sensors during operation of the component thermal controller, as well as output of these values to the liquid crystal display.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities due to use of an improved thermal stabilization algorithm using Peltier elements of different capacities.
