FIELD: acoustoelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustoelectronics and can be used in the design and manufacture of surface acoustic wave filters. In the thermostable surface acoustic wave filter, the edges of the piezoelectric substrate perpendicular to the direction of propagation of the surface acoustic wave on the reverse side are attached to the mounting seat of the housing by elastic elements of a cylindrical shape made on the basis of a rubber-like adhesive with a high coefficient of linear thermal expansion. Between the piezoelectric substrate and the housing seat there is a straight steel rod fixed to the housing with a glass-like adhesive with a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion. Steel straight rod is located perpendicular to direction of propagation of surface acoustic wave and at equal distance from edges of piezoelectric substrate. Under normal conditions, the reverse side of the piezoelectric substrate touches the steel straight rod without forming a deflection beam.
EFFECT: high thermal stability of the surface acoustic wave filter in the negative temperature range.
