FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fuel and energy complex and can be used in production of hard-to-recover, for example, superviscous oil with using horizontal wells. In particular, disclosed is a method of developing a hard-to-recover oil deposit, which includes drilling in the formation of the main horizontal shaft and radial channels during the construction of a multifunctional well, lowering of production string into it with behind-the-casing packers and filters, performance of round-trip operations in production string by means of coiled tubing pipe with wire line, diverter and water jet assembly, drilling with a jet assembly through a deflector and a production string into the depth of the formation of radial channels with an extended and controlled from the wellhead trajectory, lowering of tubing and production equipment into production string using borehole pump, pumping through the tubing and injecting the process agent into the formation with possibility of simultaneous withdrawal of the well product with a borehole pump. When the production string is lowered, sectional couplings are connected in its composition at a certain distance from each other, between which filters are installed. Annular space opposite sectional couplings is isolated by swelling packers. Then, tripping operations are performed in the well with a coil tubing with a wire line, a deflector and a water jet assembly and opposite sectional couplings first and second inputs of sections are drilled, which are cased with liners equipped with swelling packers, after that, with the help of the same deflector, two independent networks are drilled through the thoroughly equipped inlets of the sections with a water jet assembly, which arranged uniformly throughout the bed and parallel to the main horizontal bore of radial channels. At that, through the first inputs of each section a branched injection network is formed, and through the second inputs of the sections - a branched production network. Tubing and jet pump are lowered into multifunctional well constructed in this way, pump is connected in parallel to the first inlets of the sections and at the stage of production of well products is supplied with a process agent injected into the formation as an active medium. At that, mixing chamber of jet pump is simultaneously connected to all second inputs of sections and filters and provide possibility of operation of injection and production network in conditions of multifunctional well independently from each other and in wave mode. Also disclosed is a device for development of hard-to-recover oil deposit for implementation of the above method.
EFFECT: possibility of implementing volumetric and selective action on the deposit, intensification of external action on the formation, increased coverage of its action due to uniform distribution of action and extraction of products throughout the deposit volume.
