FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathological anatomy, and can be used for body restoration of a deceased person. That is ensured by excising injured tissues. Wound walls and bottom are treated with an acetic-alcohol mixture containing 70% aqueous solution of acetic acid and 96% aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol in ratio of 1:1. Then cyanocrylate glue is applied on wound walls and bottom. Wound is closed by filling it with two-component Silipasta silicone. Formed silicone surface is levelled with the intact skin with absolutized isopropanol, which is applied in a layer on the Silipasta silicone surface, smoothing the irregularities. After levelling and hardening of two-component Silipasta silicone, Prozet adhesive composition. Then, overlapping the boundaries of the area with the adhesive composition, layers of synthetic Glatzan material are applied with alternating layers of flesh-coloured powder between them. After gluing the formed synthetic film, its non-glued edges are dissolved with acetone.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of fixation and preservation of the restored body area during storage and transportation, preservation of the appearance of the reconstructed area unchanged.
