FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates, among other things, to the field of medical technology, namely, to a carrier system for a body worn object, in particular a medical device, to a method for manufacturing a carrier system, as well as to its particular application. Said carrier system for the object worn on the body contains a flexible carrier plaster and mounting platform. Said flexible carrier plaster has a flat base and an adhesive layer applied to its underside, consisting of a sticky adhesive and adhering to the skin of the part of the body when pressed. Said mounting platform is located on the skin-facing upper side of the base. On its upper side said base is connected by its surface with the lower surface of the interface of the mounting platform facing it. Above interface of the mounting platform is firmly connected to the upper side of the substrate by means of a structural adhesive joint made with a structural adhesive, and the adhesive layer contains an adhesive glue in an amount of 80 to 120 g/m2. Such method for manufacturing the above-mentioned carrier system for a body worn object comprises preparing a carrier patch, preferably made as a cut or cut-out article and consisting of a base, an adhesive layer and, if necessary, a removable film, the adhesive layer comprising a tacky adhesive in an amount of 80 to 120 g/m2; application of structural adhesive in the form of an adhesive roller to the interface area of the mounting platform; bringing the interface area into contact with the skin-facing upper side of the carrier patch to form a structural adhesive bond by which the base on the upper side is connected by its surface to the lower surface of the interface of the mounting platform facing it. Above carrier system is implemented in at least one of the following areas: instrumental control or recording of body parameters, administration of active substances, in particular insulin, to or through the skin, a way of delivering into the body or leaving the body, wearing accessories.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide maximum durability and reliability of wearing while simplified fabrication and simple application.
