SILICONE-BASED MATERIAL SIMULATING HUMAN SKIN (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61L27/60 G09B23/28 C09D143/04

Abstract RU 2813940 C1

FIELD: obtaining laminar polymer materials from silicone.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in robotics, medicine and other fields where visual imitation of human skin is required. Silicone-based material imitating human skin includes successively deposited platinum-based silicone layers. Versions of the material contain a basic set of colored layers arranged in a certain order. In the first version, the material imitating human skin includes series-connected colored platinum-based silicone layers. Layers are made of two-component silicone with components in ratio of 1:1 with dyes added to one component. First layer with uniform thickness of not more than 1 mm is designed to imitate the stratum corneum. Second layer with uniform thickness of up to 1 mm is translucent to imitate a subcutaneous fat layer. Third layer of uniform thickness is made semitransparent to imitate the venous vascular structure and is applied on separate areas of the surface of the second layer. Semitransparent fourth layer with thickness of less than 1 mm is designed to imitate human capillary vascular network. Non-uniform in thickness, opaque fifth layer of flesh color is made in the form of substrate for previous layers and has the greatest thickness of all layers not less than 1 mm. In the second embodiment of the material imitating human skin, between the second layer and the third layer, at least one additional layer is placed, made to simulate individual characteristics of human skin.

EFFECT: wider range of technical means for materials imitating human skin.
