Pilot industrial waste water treatment plant comprises a waste water supply system, a purified water removal system, a waste water accumulation unit, a phytoplankton cultivation unit, a zooplankton cultivation unit, a hydrobiont cultivation unit, wherein the phytoplankton cultivation unit comprises a lighting system, a liquid circulation system and an air supply system. Zooplankton cultivation unit comprises an air supply system. Plant can be made in modular design. Unit can be arranged in a single housing. Plant may contain a container-type housing. Hydrobiont cultivation unit comprises an air supply system and a closed water supply unit. Plant can contain a system for mechanical treatment of waste water. Waste water accumulation unit can be of a closed or open type. Units for cultivation of phytoplankton, zooplankton, hydrobionts can be made of closed or open type.

EFFECT: high efficiency of extracting the most adapted and healthy organisms to specific conditions of fish-breeding biological ponds, which purify waste water, which are characteristic for a certain water management object in a specific climatic zone, as well as optimization of the process of nature-like treatment of waste water for a wide range of contaminants.
