FIELD: rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and is intended for movement of a car with faulty wheel pair as part of a train. Antifriction shoe consists of skid and two side plates with recesses for wheel pair, lower edges of which cover top of rail head. These plates are interconnected by stiffening ribs, as well as by a plate fixed on the rear skewed part intended for the wheel pair thrust on the shoe. On the lower surface of the skid and the lower edges of the bead, a metal-polymer friction bearing made in the form of a tape is fixed with an antifriction layer in contact with the surface of the rail head. Same bearing is installed on the said skewed plate. Front part of the shoe is equipped with an adjustable position fixture installed by means of a rotation support on the side plates and made in the form of an eccentric, in which the surface in contact with the rail in the working position is equipped with a riveted fragment of a ferodo tape with a high sliding friction coefficient. Cam is equipped with a handle, which performs two functions: first, it serves for convenience of the shoe transfer and, secondly, it is equipped with two tension springs, which elastically connect it to the axis installed in the side plates. Due to these springs the eccentric has two positions of stable equilibrium: in one of them the eccentric is pressed by force of elasticity of springs to the rail, and in the second, at a certain turn of the handle, the eccentric together with the friction plate ferodo is brought out of contact with the rail. Intermediate position of handle and cam, in which springs are maximally stretched and have, accordingly, maximum reserve of potential energy, is unstable.

EFFECT: device, which enables to move a car with a faulty wheel pair as part of a train, is created.
