FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used in designing high-speed input registers of digital ICs, address registers of memory devices and input registers of microprocessor systems. Input register element circuit contains three MOS transistors of P-type, output inverter, input D and output OUT, a high-voltage power supply bus VDD and a low-voltage power supply bus GND.
EFFECT: faster operation of the input register element.
