FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for erection of buildings and structures in mountainous areas. Unified robotic construction complex for erection of buildings and structures in mountainous areas using additive technologies contains at least four modular towers, which are part of bearing structure of construction 3D-printer. Structure of modules of each of the towers forms the upper or lower towers of the cable crane, a mobile platform for holding and moving it on several cables placed on the bearing structure, which also serve as cables of the cable crane. There is a control unit connected to actuators for movement of cables and intended for control of these actuators for change of position and orientation of mobile platform, as well as for control of movement of cables of cable crane. Erection of buildings and structures in mountainous areas is carried out by means of the above unified robotic construction complex. Parts of construction 3D printer, comprising at least four modular towers, are moved to the erection site of a building or structure located in a mountainous area by means of parts of 3D printer itself as follows. To control movement of cables of cable crane one disassembled tower is delivered uphill by ground. Tower for a cable crane on a mountain slope is assembled from modules of towers. Second tower is assembled and placed at the foot of the mountain, using the actuators and cables of 3D printer, the loads intended for construction are moved to the place of erection of the building or structure. Further, modules of the cable crane tower are disassembled and cable 3D printer is assembled, on which the building or structure is printed by means of additive technologies. Further, disassembly and transportation are performed in reverse order.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides implementation of the purpose.
