FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated construction of industrial and civil buildings and structures. In the automated method of erecting buildings from building blocks preformed is a draft of the building, in compliance with which in a computer program formed is a sequence of actions and coordinates of location for each building block, reinforcing tape and binding compound. Blocks, the binding composition, reinforcing tapes are delivered to the construction site, arranged on the site in points corresponding to the computer program algorithm loaded in the control module. Then performed by a robotic complex arranged on rails are the building blocks, the binding compound and the reinforcement tape and they are fed onto a conveyor trolley with a height-adjustable platform, which by an electric drive is moved on the rails, which are arranged along the other rails laid on both sides of the building under construction. On the other rails moved is a crane-beam, the beam of which is displaced upward while the walls are erected, and along the beam a trolley with two robotic manipulators is moved, one of which lubricates through a nozzle with a binding solution the adjacent surfaces of the blocks, and the second one captures the prepared blocks and reinforcement tapes from the trolley and lays them into the building walls and partitions. Herewith controlling the manipulators, moving them along the beam, moving the crane-beam on the rails, moving the beam upwards-downwards, moving the trolleys, preparing the binding compound, the blocks and the reinforcement tapes, feeding them to the manipulator are all done by the trolley with electric drives as per the computer program algorithm loaded in the control module.

EFFECT: technical result is upgraded level of automation when erecting buildings and structures while providing the technology of construction and the required technical characteristics of the buildings and structures.
