FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: operation of gas, gas condensate and oil wells. The method for well operation, including flooded ones, consists in the fact that a pipe support and a valve are additionally installed on the X-mas tree above the cross. A flexible long-length production string (FLPS) is lowered into the well into the existing tubing (TBG), which is lowered without well killing. Further operation of the well takes place along the annulus formed between the TBG and FLPS until the termination of the conditions for ensuring the removal of fluid through the casing-tubing annulus (CTA). After that, the flexible long-length production string is extracted without killing. A new FLPS is lowered with an outer diameter exceeding the diameter of the first FLPS.

EFFECT: ensure the conditions for the removal of liquid, the prevention of procedures associated with well killing.
