FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Device contains a frame on which rollers with winding are mounted with the possibility of rotation in one direction. Direction of winding of even and odd rolls is made in opposite directions. Rollers are connected to each other through a chain by sprockets. Sprockets of even and odd rollers are installed outside the frame with possibility of rotation of even and odd rollers in one direction and are connected through a chain to a drive with adjustable rotation frequency installed on the frame. Cams arranged inside the frame are installed between rollers and sprockets. Shafts of even and odd rollers are rigidly fixed on vertical planes of their eccentrics with displacement by the same value Δ relative to their centres and turned relative to each other by 180°, and in opposite vertical planes of these eccentrics in their centres are rigidly fixed shafts, which are installed in bearing supports and connected with sprockets on one side. Central axes of these shafts coincide with central axes of sprockets. Rolls are made of elastic material in the form of a cylinder with a square groove, mating the shaft, on which it is rigidly fixed. On the outer surface of the cylinder, along with it, there is a winding in the form of a spiral with a pitch of t = 25 mm, a height of h = 10 mm and an angle of inclination of the side surface of the spiral to the vertical plane α = 5°-10°. Working surface of sorting is divided into zones with distance between tops of spirals of rollers of the first zone Δ₁ from 20 to 30 mm, second zone Δ₂ from 30 to 50 mm. Between these zones there is a roller, the shaft of which is fixed in bearing supports and is connected on one side with its sprocket.
