FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport and can be used to monitor technical condition of hydraulic drives of transport-technological machines. Method of diagnosing the technical state of the hydraulic drive, which consists in the fact that the pressure in the rod end of the actuator is measured after the working cavities are disconnected by the distribution equipment from the discharge and drain line, at that, the technical state of the hydraulic drive is judged by the dynamics of the pressure change, in order to expand the range of functional capabilities, a conclusion is made on the state of both the actuator and the distribution equipment, pressure value is fixed when the actuator is in the uppermost position, when the maximum volume of the working fluid communicated with the discharge line is involved in the working cavity, and the minimum volume of the working cavity communicated with the drain line, wherein technical condition of distribution equipment is determined from intensity of pressure change in working cavity with maximum volume, while technical condition of actuator is determined from intensity of pressure change in working cavity with minimum volume.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method for diagnosing the technical state of a hydraulic drive.
