FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: engine is started; a working fluid is warmed up in a hydraulic system; a charge mechanism is loaded at ever increasing effort to achieve an actuation pressure of a safety valve with monitoring of a packing condition of each hydrocylinder ensured by measuring a pressure difference in its cavities, and also a rod speed; then a calculation graphic method is used to calculate with a solid hydroline the actual flow rate in its rod end and head end which are related and compared with the preset maximum permissible value to make a decision on the fact whether the cylinder is needed to dead-line.
EFFECT: facilitated troubleshooting, decreased work content and extended range of application.
