FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of radio frequency identification RFID with capacitive coupling. Tag comprises a semiconductor substrate having a first flat surface and a second flat surface remote from the first flat surface; metal contact pad is formed on the first flat surface of the semiconductor substrate; circuit is formed on a semiconductor substrate and is electrically connected to a metal contact pad and a second flat surface of the semiconductor substrate, wherein the circuit is configured to respond to a radio frequency RF input signal by providing a data signal, encoded by changing the impedance between the metal contact pad and the second flat surface of the semiconductor substrate.
EFFECT: high accuracy of identifying a tag in the presence of other tags.
