FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of aviation, in particular to methods of manufacturing of volumetric body elements of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). Method for manufacturing of volumetric body elements of unmanned aerial vehicles consists in that polyurethane composition containing polyol and isocyanate with the following ratio of components, wt. %: polyol 20-70, isocyanate 30-80, or polyester or vinyl ester resins are poured into a closed mould. Further, rotary moulding is carried out, followed by hardening of the composition or resins to obtain a hollow shell. Composition is then poured into the hollow shell to obtain rigid polyurethane foam, followed by curing. Group of inventions also relates to an airframe of an unmanned aerial vehicle obtained using this method.
EFFECT: improving reliability and manufacturability of volumetric body elements of UAV.
