FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and a method for preventing overturning of the unmanned aerial vehicle are provided. Method involves obtaining a first pitch angle of the UAV; as soon as the first pitch angle corresponds to the specified conditions, removal of the limitation on the range of the UAV flight angles; receiving a flight command for adjusting the spatial position in flight of the UAV; obtaining a second pitch angle of the UAV; and as soon as the second pitch angle becomes equal to the second preset angle, repeated return of the limitation on the range of UAV flight angles.
EFFECT: in this method, the limitation on the range of inclination angles of the UAV flight can be automatically removed as soon as it is detected that the UAV is in an inverted state by 180° or it is jammed by a foreign object and the spatial position of the UAV can be automatically adjusted without manual control of the UAV to correct the position.
