Disclosed is a massage apparatus comprising: a hand massage unit configured to massage the hand of a user; foot massage unit configured to massage the user's foot; a third biosignal measuring unit, which is formed in the hand massage unit, is located on an area on which the user’s palm is placed, and includes at least one third biosignal measuring electrode; unit for measuring the fourth biosignal, which is formed on the upper surface of the body of the foot massage unit and includes at least one electrode for measuring the fourth biosignal and a control unit for obtaining information on the physical state of the user based on the biosignals received from the third biosignal measurement unit and the fourth biosignal measurement unit. Control unit is electrically connected to the electrode for measuring the third biosignal and the electrode for measuring the fourth biosignal. Also, this unit is configured to calculate the body composition using the measured impedance when a weak alternating current is supplied to the human body through the electrode for measuring the third biosignal and a fourth biosignal measurement electrode, or recording an electrocardiogram in the form of a biosignal by inducing an action current generated from the myocardium according to the heartbeat on the third biosignal measurement electrode and the fourth biosignal measurement electrode.
