FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a nanofibre biopolymer material with bactericidal action based on a biopolymer of natural origin poly-3-hydroxybutyrate modified with hemin in amount of 7 wt.% and fibrinogen, which consists in the fact that fine powder of poly-3-hydroxybutyrate is dissolved in chloroform at temperature of 60 °C, hemin is dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide at temperature of 25 °C and homogenised with a solution of poly-3-hydroxybutyrate to obtain a moulding solution, from which during electrospinning at voltage on electrodes of 20 kV, distance between electrodes of 220 mm, pressure in system of 10 kg/cm2, material is obtained, on which the fibrinogen protein molecule is then planted by immersing the material in a solution, which includes 4 main stages: 1) washing the material in ethyl alcohol; 2) washing the material in a phosphate buffer; 3) adding a fibrinogen solution to a phosphate buffer and incubating for 12 hours at +4 °C; 4) washing the material in a phosphate buffer.
EFFECT: present invention enables to produce a material obtained by electrospinning on a single-capillary electrospinning apparatus based on a semi-crystalline biodegradable polymer of poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB).
