METHOD OF OBTAINING CHITOSAN MICROTUBES (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61L27/20 A61F2/06

Abstract RU 2564921 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of obtaining chitosan microtubes, consisting in the fact that a chitosan solution is prepared in an organic acid; a rod is submerged into the solution of chitosan in the organic acid, which is characterised by the fact that as the acid a 1.5% water solution of glycolic acid is selected. The solution contains chitosan in a quantity of 2.5-4 wt %; the rod with an applied on it layer of the chitosan solution is submerged into a 0.1 M water solution of sodium dodecylbenzosulphate and exposed for 12 hours.

EFFECT: simplification of the technology of manufacturing a hollow cylindrical structure from a polymer solution and reduction of the time for its realisation, increase of the ecological compatibility of the process, increase of the biocompatibility of the final product.
