FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combustion chamber with multilayer coating applied on its inner surface. Combustion chamber contains sublayer from alloy of NiCoCrAlY system with thickness of 150–200 mcm, intermediate ceramic layer based on zirconium dioxide from ZrO2-Dy2O3 thickness of 200–250 mcm and upper ceramic layer of Gd2Zr2O7 thickness of 20–50 mcm. Roughness of said sublayer is Ra 5–6 mcm. Roughness of intermediate ceramic layer ZrO2-Dy2O3 - Ra 5.5–7 mcm. Roughness of the upper ceramic layer Gd2Zr2O7 - Ra 4–5 mcm.

EFFECT: long-term operation, including thermal cyclic effects, of a heat-protective coating for a combustion chamber with a ceramic layer, which is at temperature of 1100–1200 °C has no phase transformations.
