FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, namely to a phthalonitrile derivative – 4,5-bis(4'-propylphenoxy)phthalonitrile, which can be used as an intermediate product in the synthesis of octa-4,5-(4'-propylphenoxy)phthalocyanine and its complexes with aluminium (III), gallium (III) and indium (III), exhibiting fluorescent properties. Disclosed are octa-4,5-(4'-propylphenoxy)phthalocyanine and its complexes with aluminium (III), gallium (III) and indium (III) of general formula:

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain novel compounds having fluorescent properties and an intermediate product for synthesis of such compounds.
