FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport equipment and can be used in construction and repair of railway tracks. Proposed gripper comprises cranked bar with at least one roller and base to allow attachment of said bar. When gripping the rail head, the rollers are made with the possibility of enveloping and gripping the rail. Rail gripper base is made with possibility of connection with railway bogie.
EFFECT: increased reliability of railroad equipment and improved traction.
