SUBSTANCE: result is achieved due to stages, at which: a) in a database for records relating to telephone numbers of users, collecting data on successful and unsuccessful communication attempts for a long period of time, determining factors affecting the success of the contact; b) in a database for records relating to user e-mail addresses: performing data normalization; based on the normalized data, checking the syntax of the e-mail address; determining the existence of a domain to which the electronic mail address belongs, and if the domain exists, this indicates the possibility of sending letters to this address; checking the existence of the electronic mailbox on said mail server; checking the electronic mail address for its registration on web resources; c) updating each separate record of the telephone number and e-mail address in the database, taking into account the validation operations performed at steps a) and b).
EFFECT: high accuracy of validating anonymised user data.
