FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to an antibody capable of binding to canine IL4R and feline IL4R, and its antigen-binding fragment, as well as to a bispecific antibody containing same. Also disclosed is an isolated nucleic acid coding said antibody. Invention also relates to a method of detecting IL4R in a sample obtained from a companion animal species, involving the use of said antibody.
EFFECT: invention is effective for use in a method of treating a companion animal having an IL4/IL13-induced condition.
