SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for breeding Trichogramma on Sitotroga eggs, involving preliminary attachment of pests on the surface of the plates and joint maintenance with an entomophage, characterized by that 5% fructose solution is used as a food object on the surface of the plates, by which smooth glass plates are moistened, one layer of Sitotroga eggs are uniformly glued onto the plates by scattering, the excess is shaken off, at the stage of infestation, glass plates with glued Sitotroga eggs are placed in the vivarium together with mature individuals of Trichogramma at their ratio of 5:1, respectively, maintained for 5-6 hours at daylight, temperature of 26-27 °C and humidity 60-70%, at the stage of growing infected eggs are placed in a closed container for 22-24 hours while maintaining a night temperature of 10-12 °C with its smooth increase to day temperature of 25-27 °C, at the stage of separation, glass plates with preimaginal stages of Trichogramma are placed in natural conditions in places requiring protection from pests when night temperatures are not lower than 10 °C and day temperature not higher than 27 °C and then, it is grown to its flyout.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce laboratory time of Trichogramma breeding, possibility of its breeding in as close to natural conditions as possible, increase of fertility of females of Trichogramma to 100%, settling of preimaginal stages of Trichogramma directly on cultivated plants requiring protection from pests.
