Macromolecule contains dendrimer D, having surface amino groups, where at least two different end groups are covalently bonded to surface amino groups of the dendrimer; first end group is a pharmaceutically active agent; second terminal group is a pharmacokinetic modifier; first terminal group is covalently bonded to the surface amino group of the dendrimer via a linker -X₁-L-X₂-, where X₁ is a linker binding group with a pharmaceutically active agent, X₂ is a group for linking a linker with a dendrimer, X₁ and X₂ - -C(O)-, L - C₃ substituted alkylene -NR₁R₂, where R₁ and R₂ independently selected from hydrogen, C_1-6 alkyl and C(O)R₄, R₄ - C_1-6 alkyl; wherein dendrimer D is BHALys[Lys]₃₂, pharmacokinetic modifier - polyethylene glycol, which has molecular weight in range from 1000 to 2300 Da, pharmaceutically active agent - docetaxel or other compounds.
