FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of a sensor for fluorescent detection of fluoride and hydroxide ions, which can be used for sanitary control and standardization of food and medicinal products. Disclosed is a method of producing a chemical fluorescent sensor based on poly[1,1'-([1,1'-biphenyl]-2,2'-diyl)bis(3-(2'-(((E)-4-(dimethylamino))benzylidene)amino)-[1,1'-diphenyl]-2-yl)urea)] for the detection of F- and OH- ions in solutions, characterized by that it is carried out by mechanochemical polycondensation with grinding a mixture of [1,1'-biphenyl]-2,2'-diamine, triphosgene, 4-N,N-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and potassium carbonate to a powdery state, further mixing the obtained powder with an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid and filtering with washing the obtained solution.
EFFECT: providing a method of producing a target sensor having a pronounced fluorescent response and selectivity with respect to fluoride and hydroxide ions in solutions.
