SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgical urology and oncology. Catheters are inserted by moving them to each of the kidneys along the pre-installed guide metal strings with their coverage, the catheters are fixed by one end in each kidney, the guide metal strings are removed, the second end of the catheters is brought out. Catheters are inserted alternately, each of which is delivered inside a cystureteroscope, previously installed in the urethra, through the bladder and the ureteral orifice. After insertion of the first catheter, the cystureteroscope and the guide metal string are removed from the urethra. Before inserting the second catheter, a cystureteroscope with a guide metal string is inserted into the urethra from the outside of the first catheter, wherein the second end of the catheters is freely brought out through the urethra.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of treatment, reducing the rate of postoperative complications by creating a "dry field" in the defect of the bladder wall by disconnecting the bladder from the urinary system.
