FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: formation of vesico-urethral anastomosis includes bladder neck vesicalizing. The bladder neck is sutured to 24-26Ch. Four U-shaped sutures are imposed on the urethra at 3, 6, 9 and 12 hour points. Upon application of each suture, the first needle injection is done into the urethra wall from the inner side. The second injection is made from the outside, at a distance of 4-5 mm from the first injection, forming a U-shaped suture. Ligatures on the needles are supplied from the inside to the bladder neck and pricked out at 7-8 mm from the edge, not covering the vesicalization area. Ligatures are pulled up by moving the urethra into the lumen of the bladder neck, sutures are tied.

EFFECT: method increases the anastomosis tightness, reduces the risk of stricture.
