SUBSTANCE: device for complexing images obtained by heterogeneous sensors comprises an input data storage unit, the inputs of which are information inputs of the device, and an output implementation storage unit, the output of which is the output of the device, output of the input data storage unit is connected to the first input of the transformation ratio determining unit, the first input of the base point search unit and the input of the image binarization unit, output of which is connected to input of image blurring unit, output of which is connected to input of multi-criteria filtration unit, output of which is connected to input of unit for searching boundaries of objects, output of which is connected to second input of base points search unit, output of which is connected to the second input of the transformation ratio determining unit and the input of the multi-criteria filtration unit, output of which is connected to input of unit for searching boundaries of objects, output of which is connected to input of mask construction unit, which output is connected to the second input of the frame combining unit.
EFFECT: high quality and speed of making a decision for forming merged images.
