SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by a device for combining infrared images, comprising first and second information inputs of the device, a storage register for input realization of a first image, a storage register for input realization of a second image, a first image filtration unit, a second image filtering unit, wherein the apparatus additionally comprises a base point searching unit, a unit for simplifying images, a unit for searching for centers of mass of objects, a unit for determining average values and selecting base points, an image transformation unit.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of speed of decision making and reduction of computational costs due to formation of combined data from a pair of images fixed in infrared range.
