FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for folding medical tissues comprises a folding mechanism, which is installed on the lower surface of rectangular table equipped with blades. Blades are installed movably on each side of the table. Turn lever is mounted on each blade and is connected to the shaft of its own drive for folding the blade according to command signals of programmable microcontroller connected to each drive. Device is configured to be connected to a power supply and comprises a support part in the form of a base. Folding mechanism is arranged in base cavity. Microcontroller generates time-distributed command current pulses of different width and sets an adjustable waiting interval. Table and blades movably mounted on it are made of sheet material with a smooth surface. In the electric circuit between the power supply and the programmable microcontroller there is a button for switching on and off the device.
EFFECT: reduced time spent by a medical worker when making a medical gauze tissue.
