SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an input area when processing digital data. Universal peripheral device (PD) for personal computers contains a non-contaminated, reduced-size case that fits completely and without contacting the skin under the user's hand, pair of propellers, swing mechanism, upper video camera and sensors for the presence/absence of a reference surface allowing the peripheral device to self, contactless and safe to move/rotate after user’s hand, front, two side and rear video cameras that monitor the command movements of the fingers, user’s hands or arms and allow it to interact with the PD, three laser projectors displaying on the reference surface a virtual "keyboard", ink jet printhead, for printouts, wired or wireless interface for connecting to a computer and a chipset that manages the operation of the PC, capable of scanning documents.
EFFECT: technical result is wider range of products.
