SUBSTANCE: present invention belongs to the field of technical microbiology and, in particular, relates to a microbiological agent for increasing the number of root nodules and increasing nitrogenase activity of root nodules in leguminous crops and use thereof. Microbiological agent is composed of 4 microorganisms, including Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Brevibacillus laterosporu, Bacillus mucilaginosus Krassilnikov and Enterobacter ludwigii, by separate fermentation cultivation, concentration and mixing.

EFFECT: microbiological agent can effectively increase the number of root nodules and increase activity of nitrogenase of root nodules, ensure growth of an agricultural crop, improve crop yield and quality of the product.
