FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment systems in agricultural pipelines. Device comprises a housing shaped to a hollow cylinder. Housing is made in the form of a rotating ribbed hollow rotor with a reverse helical stroke relative to the direction of movement of the treated liquid effluent. In addition, there are three-phase stator winding distributed along the inner surface of the stator housing, a terminal box, ferromagnetic elements located inside the ribbed hollow rotor with a reverse helical stroke, a three-phase rotor winding distributed along its outer surface, two couplings, two magnetic bearings, inlet and outlet pipe sections, sediment collection tank, outlet pipeline for water separated from sediment. Outputs of the three-phase stator winding are located in the terminal box located on the outer side of the stator housing. Housing of ribbed hollow rotor with reverse helical stroke is connected to outer rings of two magnetic bearings. Stator housing is connected to inner rings of two magnetic bearings, which are connected by means of two couplings to inlet and outlet sections of pipes, respectively. Outlet section of the pipe is connected to a reservoir for collecting sediment, the outlet of which is connected to an outlet pipeline for water separated from the sediment.
EFFECT: efficient treatment of liquid effluents from contaminants.
