FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic gearbox contains a stator with a multiphase winding connected to the voltage source, the first and the second rotor mounted on the input and output shafts, respectively. The stator winding is connected to the voltage source via an adjustable frequency converter and is located in the grooves of the inner surface of the stator with the formation of poles. The first rotor is made in the form of a squirrel cage, the rods of which form the teeth z of this rotor. The three-phase stator winding consists of coils, the number of which is equal to the number of teeth of the stator core, with the number of the pole pairs p1. The second rotor, located inside the first one, is made with the number 2 (z-p1) of different polar magnets, which are glued on the laminated ferromagnetic cylinder with the ratio of the outer diameter of the rotor to the magnet thickness equal to 24.4.
EFFECT: increasing the transmitted power in steady-state and dynamic modes while maintaining the possibility of regulating the reduction ratio.
