Device comprises a data collection and processing module containing a switch and an analogue-to-digital converter connected to each other via GPIO lines, a primary processing module, a fast Fourier transform unit and a data transmission module; central server containing: connection service module, machine learning algorithm module, data storage module, a module for determining an unknown load in case it is impossible to classify the type of the connected load and a module for additional training; imaging unit.

EFFECT: improving efficiency of determination of electric energy consumption by separate types of electric energy consumers connected to electric network of low voltage.
