FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics of technical condition of railway vehicle and transport infrastructure. Railway vehicle and track rolling stock diagnostics method consists in receiving data from control systems and sensors located on rolling stock, determining coordinates for data binding to rolling stock location, evaluating safety of rolling stock size through video surveillance, digitizing obtained data for storage and subsequent analysis, processing data to determine state of rolling stock and track, probabilistic assessment of the state is carried out based on comparison with reference models and neural network models, as well as conditions for next 4 hours are predicted with development of recommendations. Results of the assessment are transmitted to the ground centre for further analysis and processing, generation of recommendations and reports, additional training of neural networks as historical data are accumulated and operation algorithms are updated based on the accumulated data.
EFFECT: improving traffic safety and operating efficiency of rolling stock, as well as reducing time for detection and elimination of faults.
