SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles for transportation and placement of special cargoes or objects, converted from one type to another, and can be used for trips, picnics, trips to the country as a cart, which is transformed into a brazier or a picnic table. Transport wheeled truck comprises frame wheel base and rotary platform. Frame wheelbase is made in form of L-shaped frame with axle of wheels at the top. Frame rotary platform in the upper part is equipped with a telescopic transport handle and is rotatably fixed on the frame wheel base so that its rotation axis is either located on the inner side of the wheel base axis, either its axis of rotation is located on the outer side of the axle of the wheelbase, or its axis of rotation coincides with the axis of the wheelbase. Rotary platform has telescopic braces-retainers, which set it horizontally after turning into working position, and telescopic transport handle after extension lies in one plane with rotary platform.

EFFECT: wider range of transport wheeled trolleys with wide functional capabilities due to the mechanism of transformation of the trolley into a brazier or a picnic table.
