FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to means of rehabilitation, in particular to a glove for a person with disabilities or age, whose hand movements are unnatural or not free, or who has to use a tool for a long time, such as a writing instrument, a tableware or a comb. Glove for holding a metal object or a magnetic object in a hand consists of a back and a palm parts. Palm and rear parts have the first and the second lateral sides. First lateral sides of the palm and back parts are stitched together, thus forming a hole to create a bed for the thumb. Both palmar and rear parts have outer and inner surfaces. On the second lateral side of the back part there is a fixing band around the wrist with Velcro sewn on. On the second lateral side of the palmar part, a buckle is fixed for threading the band fixing around the wrist; when the band is passed through the buckle, and the band is fixed by Velcro, a bed is formed for the index, middle, ring and little fingers. Two magnets are sewn on the outer surface of the palmar part, each having force of 2.5-5 kg, which can hold a metal object or an object with a magnet. Lateral to the magnets on the outer surface of the palmar part, a pocket is sewn to fix the end of the cutlery.
EFFECT: proposed device simplifies the design, while ensuring reliable retention of the object in the hand of a person with disabilities, increasing the independence of the person, due to the design features of the glove, which make it possible to put it on independently without the help of others, besides, the glove is hypoallergenic, light, does not hinder movement, is made according to anatomy of a human hand and is physiological.
