FIELD: signalling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated warning systems in emergency situations. Complex supports a network-centric control model. Decision support subsystem of the complex additionally includes means for receiving information on the occurrence of emergency situations from external systems and means of warning about a missile attack, electronic reconnaissance means on the threat of artillery and air strikes, means of recording civil and military graves. Complex includes a subsystem for controlling blackout of critical objects, which is integrated with external automated systems for controlling street and intra-facility lighting; a subsystem for controlling operation of shelters and shelters, integrated with external control systems of engineering subsystems of shelters and shelters; subsystem for recording and controlling movements of individual and collective protection means, medical and food products. Subsystem for warning and informing the public of the complex includes mobile means of siren-voice warning of the public, made on the basis of unmanned aerial vehicles and mobile devices and made with possibility of being launched in automatic mode in case of emergency situations.
EFFECT: creation of a complex of software and hardware for an automated warning system in emergency situations, having a wider field of application and a wider range of functional capabilities.
