FIELD: communication technique.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of images, radio and sound broadcasting for conveying warning signals and emergency information on dangers in case of emergency situations. Disclosed is a mobile radio television system, which includes TV cameras, microphones, intermediate video amplifiers, audio amplifiers, mixing consoles, video monitoring devices, linear amplifiers of audio and video signals, video and audio signal switches, from the output of which signals are transmitted to a loudspeaker sound reinforcement system, which performs audio broadcasting of alarm messages by placing on the UAV. TV camera of day and night vision is introduced, which performs formation of TV images directly from air, due to placement on UAV, which includes ground and on-board transceivers with antennae for transmitting control signals on board and receiving signals from TV images from the board, which are transmitted to the corresponding TV channel for playback or video recording. Satellite transceiver with an antenna receives and transmits multimedia information through a satellite communication channel, which includes IP/DVB-2S and DVB-2S/IP encapsulators, input and output of which are connected to the introduced automated workstation of the operator, which has a PC for controlling the operating mode of the complex.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities and reliability of the warning system covering the population of given territories due to sequential or simultaneous formation and use of multiple warning signals based on television, radio broadcasting and IP technologies, as well as signals for direct audio broadcasting in case of emergency situations.
