FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment, in particular to tools for drilling vertical wells. Proposed tool comprises tubular case made up of top and bottom parts and hollow shaft made up of interconnected top and bottom parts. Hollow case of the deflector with hinged blades is attached to the lower part of the housing. In the diverter casing under each blade there are hydraulic chambers, in the cavities of which there installed are pistons interacting with the blades; in the diverter casing there are hydraulic channels interconnected with the shaft cavity and with cavities of the hydraulic chambers. In the tubular housing there is a tubular pendulum, the upper end of the pendulum is hinged to the tubular housing, pendulum bottom end is equipped with control valve with spring-loaded cutoff ring communicated via hydraulic channels with hydraulic chambers. In the housing between it and the shaft there is an axial plain bearing consisting of discs; the tool is equipped with a flexible adapter-filter and a means of fixation of detachable bit nozzles on the bit. Adapter-filter is connected by a threaded connection to the upper part of the shaft, the fixation device is located in the bit and is made in it in the form of a threaded hole for a threaded detachable nozzle; the pairs of hydraulic chambers located under each blade are separated by a partition and interconnected by a channel made in the partition. Under each blade in its upper part there is a hole communicated with the shaft cavity for flushing the space between each blade and the deflector housing. Axial bearing consists of discs with means of their fixation against discs flap.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the tool and its service life.
