Localization of the defect is detected and the position of the filler is determined by ultrasonic examination of soft tissues; longidase solution is injected into the soft tissue filler based on hyaluronic acid using an insulin syringe with a needle, and a control ultrasound scan is performed to confirm the onset of filler degradation. After the ultrasound, the volume of the HA-based filler is determined, and the Longidase solution is injected in the area of the filler introduced into the soft tissues in a volume equal to the volume of the filler determined by the ultrasound.
