FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology. Densities of tissues are detected by compression sonoelastography in ultrasound. After correction of age-related changes in the patient, hyaluronic acid is introduced in the complex in the grey scale with 18-MHz linear sensor to identify the localization and echo characteristics of the fillers. Relative density of filler K is measured in isolated section at its centre. If the values of K are less than 40 %, a tissue seal corresponding to ultrasonic signs of fibrous changes is determined, and if K is more than 70 %, hypercorrection with fillers is determined.
EFFECT: method enables higher reliability of the study, improves the result of correcting the undesirable effects of the contour plasty, improves the medical and social significance of the ultrasound of the complications arising after the contour face plasty of the hyaluronic acid-based gels when planning their correction.
